Realistic Cereal Doughnuts

I was invited to share a freelance work, in which I was responsable for the modeling, map exporting, and shading preview of realistic cereal doughnuts.

Here is an image whi illustrates some of the work was made for this job, and a crop of the final image.

It was the first time in a job with food envolved, and the outcome was great, in my opinion.

Hey there!

I´d like to share my latest job on ArchViz. On the exterior ilustrations, I made everything apart from the cars, vegetation, and people.

About the interiors, I made everything apart from some of the decoration assets.

The render is all mine.

vRay Study

Hey folks!

On this image I focused on understanding more about the lights and render settings on vRay.

So i fished a picture on the internet, and tried to make its light as similar as possible.

Here is the result.

Its not PERFECT, but I learned enough from it in order to move on to a next project and try to make it better looking.

A few challenges were to fold cloth and light distribution. vRay proved to be WAY faster than mentalray when it comes to rendering and light calculations, so I´m really glad I´m mastering this tool.
